Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University at Daytona Beach is known for teaching excellence in the science, practice, and business of all aspects of aviation and aerospace.  The school and its graduates have amassed an impressive collection of achievements in the world of aviation and aerospace.  The academic foundation at Embry-Riddle incorporates the operation, engineering, research, manufacturing, marketing, and management of today’s aircraft and the respective support systems.  Extensive research is also conducted along with consulting with key players in the aviation, aerospace, and related industries regarding their special needs.  Furthermore, veterans are completely covered to attend all academic programs at Embry-Riddle and are also given specialized academic advisement.

Daytona Beach, Florida is known for its beautiful vehicle-friendly beaches, a motorcycle culture, and the Daytona 500.  Other points of interest in or near Daytona Beach include the Daytona Lagoon Water Park, the Halifax Historical Museum, the Museum of Arts and Sciences, and the Southeast Museum of Photography.  Daytona is also headquarters for NASCAR, Grand-Am, International Speedway Corporation, United States Tennis Association in Florida, and the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA).  Its sister city is Bayonne, France.  Notable residents include educator and civil rights activist, Mary McLeod Bethune as well as Major League Baseball player for the Milwaukee Brewers, Rickie Weeks.

The Daytona Beach campus is next to the Daytona Beach International Airport and enjoys the luxury of a support base coming from the high-technology industry in the Orlando region as well as the Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Centers that are also in the proximity.  A 75,000-square-foot College of Aviation building is just one of the major state-of-the-art facilities on campus.  Classrooms, a weather room, and dispatch headquarters are located in the Gill Robb Wilson Aviation Technology Center.  Student pilots can expect to interact with the fleet of Cessna 172s, the multi-engine Piper Seminoles and Diamond TwinStar D-42s, or the full range of single-engine, multi-engine, and turbine simulators.  The other highlights of the College of Aviation Building include the Safe Skies Laboratory, the Aircraft Performance Laboratory, the Air Traffic Control Simulation Laboratories, the Air Traffic Management Research Laboratory, and the Weather Center.

Embry-Riddle Worldwide is the distance learning arm of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  It offers undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, and certificate programs all online.  Online undergraduate degree programs include Associate/Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Technical Management of Information Systems, and Bachelor of Science in Technical Management of Occupational Safety and Health.  Online graduate degree programs include Master of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Master of Science in Technical Management to Master of Business Administration in Aviation, and Master of Science in Space Education.  Online undergraduate certificates of completion include Aviation Maintenance Technology (Part 65), Occupational Safety & Health, and Supply Chain Management.  Graduate certificates of completion include Airport Planning, Design, and Development; Aviation/Aerospace Industrial Management; and Aviation Enterprises in the Global Environment.

I hold licences in Airframes and power plants for Hawker Siddley Aircraft and Boeing 737-200 Aircraft from a collage in India named Hindustan Institute Of Engineering Technology. Currently employed by Air Zimbabwe as Maintenance Engineer (Reliability)
