Artemis Employee Portal - https://artemis.fccj.edu/employee/

ARTEMIS provides the college community access to their virtual desktops. Two portals are currently in production for access by students and employees of Florida Community College.

 

The components of the student portal include:

  • registration (add/drop)

  • open class search

  • payment (credit card)

  • financial aid status

  • personal schedules

  • grades (viewing and requesting grade mailer)

  • unofficial transcripts

  • sending official transcripts to educational institutions

  • changing personal information (address/e-mail address)

  • changing PIN (personal identification number)

The components of the employee portal include:
  • instructor schedules

  • graphical representation of course distribution

  • class rosters

  • graphical representation of grade distribution

  • class syllabus link maintenance

To access the employee portal, you must have an internet connection, a Web browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape), and a College-provided employee e-mail/network account (ie. user@fccj.edu). The userid (login name) and password information for your account will be used for authentication into the ARTEMIS employee portal. If you do not have an account, please contact the Learner Support Center (Helpdesk) at 904.632.3151 to request and account.

This brief tutorial has been developed to assist faculty members connect to ARTEMIS, view their instructor schedule and their class rolls.

1) Connect to the ARTEMIS site by going to https://artemis.fccj.edu/employee/ in your Web browser.

2) Enter your College userid and password information in the boxes and click on "Log On" to authenticate into the ARTEMIS system.

 

Note: This information is the same that is used for accessing College network and e-mail services.

Note: Please contact the Learner Support Center, 904.632.3151, to request an account if you do not have a College employee network/e-mail account.

3) Click on "Instructor Schedules".


Note: If your campus, room, or phone number is incorrect, please notify Human Resources with the corrected information.

4) Select the term (click on the drop-down box to display available terms), then click on "View Instructor Schedule".

 

 


5) Click on "Class Rolls" to view class roster.


Note: Click on "File", "Print", from the browser menu bar to print.

Note: Click on title headers (ie. Begin Date, Max Size, etc.) to sort class list by the column.

Note: Click on "Instructor Schedule" on the top navigation bar to select a different term.

6) Click on your name to return to your instructor schedule for selected term.

Note: Click on "File", "Print", from the browser menu bar to print.

Note: Click on title headers (ie. Name, Transfer Date, etc.) to sort class list by the column.
