Online Adjunct Instructor Recruitment

NEEDED: Qualified online instructors for all academic terms.

Florida Community College at Jacksonville needs top quality, experienced online faculty to support a rapidly growing distance learning program. The following discipline areas are available:

• Chemistry
  
• English Composition
• Humanities
  
• Mathematics
  
• Spanish
• Women's Studies
  

Candidates must possess a master's degree from an accredited institution that includes 18 graduate credit hours in the specific discipline and moderate to high proficiency in word processing and Internet skills. Complete course content is provided, and adjuncts are paid $535 per workload unit. Online teaching experience with Blackboard is strongly preferred, and candidates will be asked to demonstrate prior experience and competencies. Candidates may be required or recommended for participation in the Online Professor Certificate Program available through FCCU. Online and on-site training is available.
