Artemis Student Accounts and Login Every student will have an FCCJ student login account and will need to use this login information for all FCCJ systems. A student’s user ID and Password will be the same for Artemis, FCCJ E-mail, and Blackboard.
To activate your FCCJ account, go to the Artemis Student Log On page at https://artemis.fccj.edu/student/ and follow the instructions. If you would like some help, view the Video: How-To Login and Access ARTEMIS for a tutorial. It is very important to remember your account ID, Password and Security Question and Answer. Security of your student records is very important. If you need assistance resetting your password, the Learner Support Center Helpdesk staff will ask for your answer to the security question to confirm your identity. If you do not know the answer to this question, you will have to complete some less convenient steps to gain access to your account.
Changing of passwords can to be done through Artemis and will be global in effect. Once activated your FCCJ account ID will be used for the following: l Artemis is a Web-based student portal where you can conduct most necessary business with the College through the Internet. Through Artemis you can access your student email account, course management system Blackboard, grades, financial aid information, registration and payment, and much more.
FCCJ E-mail Every student has a free email account accessible through Artemis. Your e-mail address will be your FCCJ Student ID followed by @students.fccj.edu, ex: userid@students.fccj.edu
Blackboard Course Management System Your online course will be presented in this system. You can enter Blackboard through Artemis or through the direct URL link: Blackboard - Blackboard Login You can log in to your course on the first day of class from Artemis or through the direct link listed above.
Instructors will make their course(s) “available” by the first day of class. Courses will become “unavailable” to students 3 days after grades are posted in Artemis. |
