FCCJ Internet and Email Resources

Florida Community College at Jacksonville provides every student member with an e-mail account and Internet access FREE of charge! In order to utilize these features, you must accept our computing facilities user agreement (acceptable use policy), so please read it carefully.

Our free service includes Wireless Internet Access (at all campuses and centers), Dial-up Internet Access, student e-mail account, and Web publishing. Logon to Artemis to access your email account.

When you completed your application, the college automatically created a student user account for you to access the system, so you should have an FCCJ e-mail address that you can use while you are an active member of our community. We strongly encourage you to use this as your primary e-mail address, particularly in any communication with the College or your instructors. It is the expectation of the FCCJ faculty / instructors that only FCCJ e-mail will be utilized for communication and assignment delivery. Please check your e-mail at least 3 times a week, as your e-mail will be an important communication link to instructors, students, and the College.

Start using these wonderful resources today! If you need assistance in addition to that provided in the links above, please contact our Technical Help Desk (904.632.3151) in the Learner Support Center.
