

Student Accounts and Login
Every student will have an Florida Community College at Jacksonville student login account and will need to use this login information for all Florida Community College at Jacksonville (FCCJ) systems. A student's user ID and Password will be the same for Artemis, College e-mail, and Blackboard.
To activate your Florida Community College account, go to https://artemis.fccj.edu/student/ and follow the instructions. If you would like some help go to Video: How-To Login and Access ARTEMIS for a video tutorial.
It is very important to remember your account ID, Password and Security Question and Answer. Security of your student records is very important. If you need assistance resetting your password the Learner Support Center Helpdesk staff will ask for your answer to the security question to confirm your identity. If you do not know the answer to this question, you will have to complete some less convenient steps to gain access to your account.
Changing of passwords can to be done through Artemis and will be global in effect.
Once activated your College account ID, it will be used for the following:
Artemis is a Web-based student portal where you can conduct most necessary business with the College through the Internet. Through Artemis you can access your student e-mail account, course management systems (Blackboard), grades, financial aid information, registration and payment, and much more.
Every student has a free e-mail account accessible through Artemis.
Your e-mail address will be your Florida Community College at Jacksonville Student ID followed by "@students.fccj.edu" (e.g., userid@students.fccj.edu)

Your online course will be presented in the Blackboard course management system. You might need to login and check both systems to determine which one your Professor is using for each of your online courses.
You can enter Blackboard through Artemis or through the direct URL:
Blackboard - http://bb.fccj.edu
You can log in to your course beginning on the first day of class from Artemis or through the direct links listed above.
Instructors will make their course(s) "available" by the first day of class.
Courses will become "unavailable" to students three days after grades post in Artemis.
